How did you begin with Digital Art?

I worked for almost four years has a political cartoonist and illustrator for a newspaper, and also for several other publications plus I did some work for the BBC.
I have been working with the medium of digital art for the last few years and have worked with some fantastic software such as Photoshop, MGI Photosuite, Corel Painter and Paint shop Pro, all excellent programs.

What’s your opinion About Gertrudis?

I recently came across the Gertrudis softare by accident while surfing the net. I am always on the look out for new programs. I absolutely love this software, its easy to navigate, the paint effects are incredibly realistic and it is incredibly good value! However, what I love the most is the fact that you can alter the brushes to create the look and the texture that suits the style of the picture.

Do you feel that there is something innovative in Gertrudis?

The most innovative thing about Gertrudis is its simplicity. The end result is quite stunning. There is also much more scope for expansion of the software, I would love to see the company create a sketch software.

Final word

I would seriously recommend Gertudis soft ware to any budding digital artist, I will keep on using other programs such as Photoshop and Painter but Gertrudis is definitely my favourite. Try it and see exactly what I mean.
